Rental Yields in Limassol: What Investors Actually Earn
Gross versus net yield, the costs that separate them, and which unit types produce the deepest tenant demand.
Gross is a headline, net is the return

What rents well
Two-bedroom apartments close to the business district and international schools have the deepest, most stable tenant pool. Newer, well-insulated units also command a premium because tenants now compare summer electricity bills.
