Zoning changes permitting greater height on specific seafront plots, combined with investment-migration demand, produced a decade of tower construction unprecedented on the island.
The counter-current
Towers deliver views and amenity at the cost of density, shared charges and long service cores. A significant share of local buyers moved the other way, toward small buildings with low common expenses — the segment Iolouma builds in.
