Continuity over tendering
We use the same core trades from project to project. A crew that already knows the detailing standard makes fewer mistakes than the cheapest new bid, and a builder who sells directly cannot hide those mistakes behind an agent.
Weekly discipline
Site meetings run weekly with the structural engineer, MEP consultant, site manager and the relevant subcontractor. Decisions are recorded and closed out before the next pour, not resolved retrospectively.
Payment tied to verified work
Contractor payments follow verified progress, which is the same logic buyers are held to on stage payments. It keeps the programme honest in both directions.
