Design
The frame is designed to the current Eurocode framework with the Cyprus national annex, based on the specific soil investigation for the plot rather than a generic assumption.
Verification
Reinforcement is inspected and signed off before every significant pour. Concrete cube tests are taken and recorded. These records follow the building and are available to owners.
