The kitchen, wardrobes, tiles, sanitaryware and ironmongery are named in the specification attached to the contract. There is no sales-office upgrade sheet, because the standard is already the thing we would choose.
Choices that remain
Where a buyer reserves early enough, finish selections within the specified ranges are made together with the joinery workshop before manufacture.
