Lead time
Lifts are among the longest-lead items in a residential building. Ordering at structure stage rather than at finishing stage is one of the simplest ways to protect a contractual delivery date.
Living with it
We specify equipment with an established local service network. Parts availability in Cyprus matters more to owners over twenty years than the badge on the door.
