There is the seafront strip — hotels, restaurants, the busiest beaches in the city — and the village uphill, which is quieter, greener and cooler in August. They are the same municipality with entirely different lifestyles.
Who buys here
International buyers and relocating families dominate, largely because of proximity to private international schools and the eastern business district. Prices reflect that demand.
