The fastest-growing western suburb: retail parks, light industry, new housing and easy motorway access.
Growth story
Ypsonas absorbed much of Limassol's westward expansion. What was farmland is now a mix of retail parks, warehousing and new residential streets, with the motorway junction making Paphos and Nicosia genuinely commutable.
Trade-offs
You gain space, parking and price. You lose the walk to the sea — the coast is a ten-minute drive rather than a stroll. For families with cars this is usually the right trade.
