Living in Mouttagiaka, Limassol
A hillside village between the sea and the highway, valued for views, quiet and quick access east.
Character
Mouttagiaka keeps a village core while the lower slopes have filled with houses and low-rise apartments. Sea views from the upper streets are the main draw, along with air that moves at night.
Practicalities
You will need a car. In exchange you are ten minutes from the beach and ten from the motorway, with far less density than the coastal strip.
