The appeal
Potamos is the part of Limassol where you can genuinely live without a car for days at a time: beach, cafés, supermarkets, gyms and clinics are within a few blocks.
The caveat
Summer traffic and seasonal noise are real. Buyers who want the location without the strip usually look one or two streets back from the coastal road.
