Zakaki went from a quiet port-adjacent suburb to the address of the island's largest integrated resort and its biggest mall in under a decade. Infrastructure has followed, and so has rental demand from resort and port employment.
Investor view
Rental yield here is driven by employment rather than tourism seasonality, which makes occupancy steadier across the winter than on the eastern strip.
