Delivered Iolouma Residences in Limassol: Earth, Moon, Glory, Mercury
The finished Iolouma buildings you can visit before buying off-plan — what was delivered, when, and what residents can show you.
Four finished buildings
Earth (December 2025), Moon, Glory and Mercury (April 2026) are delivered and occupied. Together they are the track record behind every off-plan contract we sign: real buildings, real residents, real title deeds in progress or issued.
What a visit tells you
A walkthrough shows the things a brochure cannot: the weight of the doors, the sound between floors, the light at four in the afternoon, and how the common areas have aged. We encourage every buyer to visit a delivered residence before reserving off-plan.
From delivered to under construction
Venus, Saturn, Earth and Jupiter carry the same specification standard forward. Comparing a finished building with a construction site is the fastest way to understand what your contract buys.
