Moon Residence: a quiet building in central Limassol
A small delivered residence designed around daylight, cross ventilation and low running costs.
Design intent
Moon Residence was planned around the sun path rather than the plot boundary. Living spaces face the best light, service rooms take the hot western flank, and every apartment has openings on more than one elevation so it can be cooled by air movement before air conditioning is switched on.
What buyers noticed
The recurring feedback after a full summer was running cost. Insulation, shading and glazing chosen at design stage do more for a monthly bill than any appliance specified later.
The building is delivered and occupied; the same envelope logic carried into Venus and Saturn.
