Mercury Residence: delivered, final apartments reserved
A compact residence in western Limassol, handed over in 2026 with its last units reserved at delivery.
The building
Mercury is a small building by design. Fewer apartments means fewer shared costs, a simpler service core and a management committee that can actually meet in one room.
Handover
Delivery took place in April 2026 with the final apartments reserved during the last construction quarter — the normal pattern when a residence is finished before it is fully sold rather than sold before it is finished.
