Venus Residence: the last available apartments
Under construction with delivery in March 2027 — the residence where availability currently sits.
Where it stands
Venus is the residence with live availability. Floor plans and the brochure are published, prices are fixed at reservation, and there is no upgrade list bolted on afterwards — the specification in the contract is the specification delivered.

Payments follow construction stages, each verified before it is called. Buyers instruct their own lawyer, who checks the title, the planning permit and the contract before anything is signed and deposited at the Land Registry.
Because the contract names a delivery date rather than a season, the schedule is auditable rather than aspirational.
Common questions
- Can non-EU buyers purchase at Venus Residence?
- Yes. Non-EU buyers need Council of Ministers approval, which is a formality for a residential unit and is handled in parallel with construction.
