Why a sold building still matters
Earth Residence is fully sold, but it is the building we show every off-plan buyer. It is the proof of what the written specification becomes: the same envelope logic, trades and finishes now used on Venus and Saturn.
What was delivered
Reinforced concrete structure to current Cyprus seismic code, continuous external insulation, double-glazed aluminium frames, fitted kitchens and wardrobes, and covered parking per apartment. Snagging was completed with owners present and warranties issued per trade.
