Glory Residence: eastern Limassol, delivered and sold
A delivered residence on the eastern side of the city, closer to the tourist strip and the marina.
The location logic
Glory sits east of the centre, where demand comes from buyers who want the promenade, the marina and the international schools inside a fifteen-minute drive. The building responds with deeper balconies and heavier shading than the western projects need.
Status
Glory Residence is delivered and fully sold. It remains the reference project we show buyers who want to see finished Iolouma workmanship before committing off-plan.
