How a mid-size Limassol residence moved from permit to keys without a revised delivery date.
Programme discipline
Jupiter was programmed backwards from its contractual handover quarter. Long-lead items — lifts, aluminium, sanitaryware — were ordered before they were needed on site, which is where most Cyprus delays actually originate.
Specification
Provisional sums were kept to a minimum. When a buyer knows the tile, the tap and the frame at signature, there is nothing left for a sales office to renegotiate later.
