Saturn Residence: released to market for June 2027
The newest release in the collection, with delivery contracted for June 2027.
Why it was released now
Saturn was brought to market only once the permit, the structural design and the full specification were complete. Releasing later means fewer surprises for buyers and no revisions to the drawings after reservation.
What to expect
The same envelope standard, the same trades and the same weekly site rhythm used on Earth, Mercury and Jupiter. Delivery is June 2027 and will be written into every contract.
