The Name Iolouma: What It Means and Why We Chose It
Where the name Iolouma comes from, and why a Limassol developer named its buildings after planets.
One name, one collection
Iolouma is the name of the company and of the idea behind it: a single collection of residences, each named after a body in the solar system. Earth was the first building delivered; Venus, Saturn, Jupiter, Pluto and Neptune follow their own orbits through design, construction and handover.
Why planets
A planet name is easy to remember, easy to spell over the phone and impossible to confuse with the tower next door. When a buyer says 'the Venus apartment', everyone — lawyer, bank, Land Registry — knows exactly which building is meant.
